Women should bring a scarf or head covering. Scarves can also be purchased on-site.
Large bags and bulky backpacks are not permitted inside the attractions.
Security checks are mandatory and may involve waiting times during busy hours.
Hagia Sophia is temporarily closed on Fridays from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm for prayers.
Bring your own headphones if using the audio guide option.
Blue Mosque visiting times are available until 11:00 am and again after 2:00 pm. On Fridays, entry is only permitted after 2:00 pm.
